The person next to me (through the bedroom) has a dog that crys at 1am multiple times a week. I am in a long a drawn out process of getting this resolved. I had terrible bug problems that took a few months to get under control. While trying to solve the bug problem I discovered that the building was made quickly and cheaply. The front office told me that the bugs were seasonal, so when one species stopped being a problem another species started. I dont have a problem parking but that is because I live in a certain building. I have seen many cars with boots on them and heard many people complain. Neighbors frequently leave their trash bags in the hallways which is an eyesore. The people that work in the office are very nice but do not have the power to enforce any rules of the contract you sign. I cant wait to leave.

No kidding about the bugs! Fruit flies and ants galore! And I SWEAR the people above me don't sleep.. they're loud from 9pm to 4am every night!
