My husband and I have been living here for over 3 years. We always pay our rent on time and have never had any complaints on us. When we first moved in (first 6 months) the place was great, but things have taken a turn for the worse. Since we've been living here, our car has been broken into, our mailbox has been broken into, we've made multiple complaints about our upstairs neighbors, a car has exploded in the parking lot, our neighbor's plants were stolen, and a shooting has taken place. We set our alarm every time we leave the house, no matter how long we will be gone (I guess it is an advantage that we have an alarm system). Every time one of these negatives occur, the office staff are friendly, but say that there is nothing they can do. At $1000 a month, I would hope that they could implement something that could stop these things from occurring. Along with safety concerns, there are basic everyday things that they can't get right. For 6 months, the landscaping was terrible. The flowerbeds looked like small forests (literally there were trees growing in the beds). When there is partying going on or glass all over the parking lot or huge amounts of unstoppable mold growing around all of the windows, no one will deal with the issue. If you are considering moving into Pinnacle Homes, please reconsider. I have had 3 friends move out of this complex, due to similar issues I mentioned above, as well as drastic rent increases. The apartments might look nice and new, but there are so many other issues that are just as important (if not more).

No offense but if you can't accept the negative points of living in an apartment complex, then you should move into a house.

At 1000 a month, you must have been choosy when you picked Pinnacle Homes at Harbour View. They are great!!! Look around the surrounding area and see for yourself. I have also been here for 3 years, and have never had anything negative happen to myself. I remember the truck catching on fire because he ran out of oil, and I also remember a guy getting his car broken into because his windows were tinted out black. He also had a a few enemies. Needless to say, he's not here anymore. You can't live in an apartment complex without an occasional break-in. THIS IS A GREAT COMMUNITY!!!!!
