I have been there for one year and just renewed my lease due to the fact I could not find anything else at the time. This will be the last year we live there.

SPIDERS and ANTS are everywhere. I was bit by a spider in my sleep one night. I have called the front office and have people come in a spray and nothing seems to work.

I pay almost 550.00 for a one bedroom and it is very very small and was not the apt they showed me I was getting to begin with and they up and change my apt after I had signed my lease. There is no storage place and if you want a storage you have to pay for one and the one next to me is very very nasty and has old mattresses in it.

The grounds are not that great. The bushes outside of my patio got to so high, they begin to grow onto my patio.

I have had someone try to get into my apartment about 3 weeks ago.

Park is stupid. I had to park three building away from mine (by the office) just to park and had a couple of groceries.

It is not worth what you pay.

When I first went to live there it was good then just went downhill from there.

I do not recommend it at all and will not be renewing my lease again.
