Quiet but expensive

The whole conversion into condo thing was amusing, of course now they can't sell any and I guess they are returning to apartments. The place seems very quiet to me, but I am on a top floor. Parking has not been a problem. It is expensive, given other options, but you can have pets. I choose to live here because they offered short-term leases and I was tired of living by the university with so many loud students. So far, I've been happy. I think the real reason to be wary is the changing of the management...it doesn't seem like whoever bought it really knows what they are doing.

They redid all the landscaping at the entrance and clubhouse to impress condo buyers, but there are still nine dead shrubs surrounding the entrance to my bldg. Guess they're not interested in those. I think the "Free Rent" banners are amusing. I'd like to get some of it as compensation for the rent increases they imposed for the switch over to now defunct condos!
