We moved in Marina Pointe a couple of months ago and we have to express to everyone that we couldn't be happier!!!!! I heard about this website and started reading not only Marina Pointe's but about other places. I was concerned at first but started checking around in Chattanooga. I will let you in on our findings. The ratings you see didn't always fit the communities. I chalked it up as previous tenants that didn't pay rent or upset with whomever on the property. We were sure glad we decided to see for ourselves. We chose Marina Pointe, and let me tell you we are so happy we did. I work downtown and have happily referred 3 people since I have lived here. Management went above and beyond to help me with my corporate apartment and make sure my move in went smooth. You will love this community!
