This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life. Besides the fact that they are extremely small, which could have been dealt with, maintenance is very lazy. They tell you that they will fix things and never do. I have literally gotten into altercations with the maintenance guys on several occassions. They had to get rid of the first apartment manager because he did abosolutely nothing and was never in the office. I have 2 small kids and my air went out. My thermostat read well over 87 degrees. Well because it was the weekend, they told me they wouldnt be able to come out because it was not over 90 degrees, even though it was just a 3 degree difference. The maintenance guy told me to open a window and turn on a fan. I could not believe this even came out of his mouth. Just a little reminder, this was the "emergency" line. I have also had trouble out of my heat. In the winter time, I couldnt even go downstairs because it was so cold. It took them months before realizing that all of the townhouses had the same problem. So after many complaints, there was finally an extra vent installed downstairs so the heat would flow. Also, I have a leak upstairs in the bathroom. When it rains, it leaks onto the floor. I have complained several times about this and it is still not fixed. I have also complained several times about the hole that my washer pipe goes into. When I run my washer machine, it leaks down the wall behind my washer and dryer. Well, its still not fixed either. I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. It is awful and I pay my rent on time every month. My next step will be to call the better housing to file a complaint and if that doesnt work, then I will be calling all four news stations.
