I have lived at Ridgemont for years with no problems until the last year or so. The cockroaches are terrible...every building is infested. I have actually had a huge cockroach crawl out of my purse into my car while parked at a store! Staff seems indifferent to the problem. I have complained numerous times as have other tenants. Buildings are falling apart: siding is in terrible shape, paint peeling off of railings, everything generally looks run down compared to when I moved in. At this time I am very dissatisfied.
