I moved to Ridgemont from UTC Place. I did not realize how much of a downgrade it would be. These apartments need updating. The cabinetry is old rotting. There are holes in my bathroom drawers. Also I have another major complaint. I am on the ground level and there is a staircase on the other side of my bedroom wall. Whenever someone is traveling up and down the stairs, I HEAR IT! In fact, I now know who is home when... Also if my bedroom door is shut, it rattles when someone is on the stairs. It's loud and awful. The maintenance team sucks. They have repeatedly told me that my toilet is fixed, and it's NOT. It turns-on-and-off out of nowhere. I went on vacation and when I got back my bathroom was flooded. Oh yea, parking is horrid... Oh...One more thing, it's a nightmare trying to fit a washer/dryer into the tiny space allowed. If only the hot water heater was higher. I totally forgot about the bug problem--THEY ARE EVERYWHERE! I have seen 2 roaches, and not to mention several spiders. It Freaks Me Out! This has been the worst living experience of my life, and I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up! Stay away from Ridgemont... Don't say I didn't warn you.

Hah. Wuss. Perhaps you should find a nice bubble house to live in? Move out of chattanooga and further more.... MOVE OUT OF THE WOODS if you can't handle bugs. If you live on the wooded side YOU WILL HAVE BUGS! I HAD WOODED SIDE AND EXPECTED IT. Then I moved to a street side. No bugs. Nuff said. Move back to mommy and daddies basement where everything is MAAAAAAGICALLY WONDERFUL! That or grow a set of brass and let em DROP and buy a house so you have no one to blame but yourself when things break. The maintenence staff has what... 2 or 3 guys? to manage about 2 or 3 hundred apartments? Get that friggin' silver spoon outta your mouth man! Give em a 72 hour notice if your conditions ain't right. I did for my dishwasher and said if the 72 hours is up and I don't have a new one I'm going to buy one and give you the difference in rent! GROW A SET! Fight what you think is wrong! (within reason of course.) It's an additude like yours that makes the whole world think America is a JOKE!
