This place seemed 'okay' at first. It wasn't till I moved in that I realized I picked a dump. I signed a 13 month lease and those months couldn't have moved any slower. While the rent is cheap, it's really not worth it.
Water is included in the rent payment. However, management occasionally forgets to pay the water bill which leads to it being turned off. That happened twice in the 13 months.
Parking is okay during the day. It's a nightmare after 5 PM though. First come, first serve in the parking lot... On a side note, my car was hit-and-run on when I was parked along side the main road. Who knows who did it?
In my particular unit (and I know that the people upstairs had the same issue) the standard-size dryer wouldn't fit in the space it was supposed to. The shelve holding the hot water heater was above the space. We had to take the top part of the dryer (with the buttons) off and lay it on the top.
Ants were an issue in the summer months. I also saw two roaches, and that's one of the main reasons I wanted to leave.
The toilet in my master bathroom, for some reason, decided to overflow with no reason whatsoever. It just happened maybe once or twice a week.
The cabinets need some updating. The apartments as a whole look like something trashy out of the 70's. I don't know why I ever wanted to move there.
That's simply my opinion!
