I have no idea why I thought this was a good idea. Maybe it was because I was so ready to get out of my parents' house that this place looked like a palace. The carpet in my unit was disgusting as was the shower. When I first moved in, there was a layer of black nastiness on the shower floor. No amount of scrubbing could get it off. I finally put three bottles of bleach in there and let it sit over night and that STILL didn't get all of it up. Then there was the issue with the A/C. All through the summer it would just stop working randomly. I can't tell you how many times the maintenance people had to come and "rig" it to make it work. Finally I demanded that they get a new A/C unit and they finally gave it... It just took 3 weeks for them to get around to installing it-- 3 weeks in August!! They also had a problem with shutting off the water with no warning. Several times I woke up and got ready to take a shower and ta-da, no water. The exterior of the complex is even more disgusting. The paint is peeling off all over the place and there is mold growing everywhere. The shrubs never seemed to be trimmed and the dumpster by building 4 (where I lived) never got emptied so it constantly reeked!! While I lived there people who lived in my building got broken into and robbed. They guy climbed up onto their balcony and came in with a gun. Yeah. Not cool. I'm still actually renting the place but it sucked so bad that I packed up some stuff and semi-moved back into my parents' house. Hallelujia! May 01, 2009 CANNOT come soon enough. I can't wait to be done with Ridgemont!!

You mean your parents doublewide? Jerry springer show style review much? There hasn't been an armed robbery at ridgemont. I'd like to see a police report if there has been. What's that? You don't have one? No photos? No videos? No proof? It never happened. Noooope. Never did!
