I want to know how it is that the CURRENT, INCOMPETANT, MENTALLY DERANGED MANAGER, JENNIFER SOUTHWORTH, COULD HAVE GOTTEN A JOB WITH THEM WHEN SHE GOT FIRED FOR HER LACK OF MANAGEMENT ABILITIES WHILE WITH STARWOOD!

All that's happening with this stupid company is the SSDD of "AWE BLEACH IT AND SLAP SOME PAINT OVER IT! NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW THE MOLD IS STILL THERE COUSIN JIM BOB BILLY RAY!"

We have a fake rent-a-cop RBPD wanna-be who think's he's just the best thing since sliced bread. He's about as stupid as paul blart mall cop. He claims to be RBPD but he is not. He needs to stop with impersonating officers of the law. IF YOU ARE READING THIS THAT IS A JAILABLE OFFENSE BUDDY! TUCK YOUR TAIL AND GO HOME!

Lights in the hallways and security lights outside never stay on. they are all intermittent.

Every porch with any amount of wood is eatten alive with termites and rot. most of them you can stick your thumb or finger through the wood.

I heard about a heroin dealer somewhere in the complex. Seems like he had 4 felony federal charges against him. I think I also remember hearing he died. not sure if it was OD or BREATHING MOLD FROM RIDGEDUMP.

We get a leaf blowing occaisionally, and when they are in RARE form we get a grass cutting!

Maintenance may get your work order done in a timely manner, but watch'em. watch what they do. They will do a slap together job and call it a day.
I asked for new trim for my door because it was slapped together so well that one day I forgot to release the Ubolt on the door and it ripped my trim apart.
They took 2 or 3 pieces of trim and plastered them together with drywall mud and PAINT.
WOO HOO! LOOKS SO SHODDY! :D TY FOR THE SHODDY JOB OF REPAIRS! NOW I HAVE NO UBOLT!

The staff will straight look you in the eye and shake your hand and make a deal with you. Then they will promptly swing around to the rear and give you the SHAFTING OF YOUR LIFE!

To get this place up to code the fastest you would need to BULLDOZE the ENTIRE PROPERTY AND START FROM SCRATCH! I'M TALKING BUST UP THE PAVEMENT TOO!
I AM DEVELOPING BREATHING PROBLEMS FROM ALL THE MOLD AROUND ME. I have a SINUS infection that I have had for the last 6 MONTHS and I have been to multiple doctors and had MULTIPLE antibiotic treatments but it keeps coming back.

By the way Ridgemont is the perfect place to come dump your unwanted pet.
They let both wild and tame animals roam the property (some of them big dogs.) with no leash and no tags.
Bring your unwanted pet in and let it find itself a new home today! :D
