My family and I recently moved to the area and moved in to Shallowford Trace apartments. I would not change a thing about the community other than parking. The management and staff are top notch and friendly. The gounds are well cared for as are the apartments themselves. Rent is more than reasonable for the quality of the apartment. From built in microwave ovens to included washers and dryers. Crown molding and chair rails. This is an awesome place.
I'm sure the full parking lot is a direct result of how great of a place this is to live.
