I can not believe anyone would like living here. I have lived here for one year now, and I hate it more every day. Not long after I moved in I called to complain about bags of garbage being in the breezeway. The lady in the office said they would have someone come get it. Two calls and three months later, it finally was gone. I called the office about my air. Someone did come out to look at it, but said it was fine. It is always 5 to 10 degrees warmer in my bedroom than the rest of the apartment. It is just that one room and bathroom. I have lived in several different apartment complexes, in Atlanta and Chattanooga. This is by far one of the worst. The noise will drive you crazy. I live on the ground level and can hear everything from the 2nd floor. When they walk, it sounds like they are marching or jumping up and down. I moved here because it was supposed to be one of the nicest apartment communities in Chattanooga. What a joke! I could go on, but ... If you are looking for quality, this is not the place!
