They seemed ok, and when we asked a specific question about schools, the lady even got comments from other staff. A few days later we found out the hard way that THEY LIE. And of course we could break the lease if we paid 3-1/2 months rent.
Suddenly, the double gates that we described as being for security, have been redesignated - they're now ACCESS GATES, and after three weeks of being stuck open, anyone and everyone can just drive in. Perverts and speed merchants alike.
Treat averything you are told like you're buying a used vehicle.
