I am in my third lease with them, as I am trying to find a house to buy. The manager, Yvonne, is very rude, and will try to charge you for any item that she can find. The staff is very rude, and will hang up in your face. Any time you have a problem that they rather not deal with, they tell you to either deal with it or move, but don't forget, if you move before your lease is up, it will cost you a fortune. The gates are always broken, and they have now started calling the "security" gates, controlled access gates, unless they are trying to get you to rent for the first time. The maintenance team is staffed with unprofessional dirty sloppy men who ride motorbikes around the property all day, and you can see their ass because they sag their pants so low. They have been in my apartment several times without my permission, and won't stop. Also parking is scarce, and there is almost always at least one of the two computers broken in the "business center". Please don't waste your money on this high rent, as it is not worth it. They define these properties as luxury, which they are not. You can hear everything someone above/next to you does, and complaining does nothing, as stated above. Deal with it or move. I think that $875 for two bedrooms is too expensive for Chattanooga. I have lived in a " luxury" apt in Atlanta, and it had a parking garage, seperate shower from tub, nicer pool area, and jacuzzi. Oh yeah, the heater is broken on that more than it is not. This has been an awful place, and Yvonne dares anyone to try and call corporate on her. She says that they are on her side. Please save yourself the anguish.
