Becoming A Loud College Hangout

I used to enjoy this apartment complex. I have lived here since 1993, but in the last year, the complex has gone downhill. It is turning into a giant fraternity house. All these college kids are moving in with LOUD stereo systems. You get up to go to work in the morning and the parking lot is strewn with fast food bags and beer/liquor bottles. I think the thugs who moved into the apartment below mine are dealing drugs. I can't wait to get out of here!
