My roommate moved into these apartments 5 months ago. 4 out of the 5 months we have lived here we have had a constant leak. Each time we have reported it it has taken them up to 2 days to respond, leaving the carpet wet for those two days. Now they have to re-roof the complex and it has been 2 weeks since since they promised to fix the problem and it has not been fixed yet. The roofs are old and most of them (especially ours) are soft and rotten. The management here act as if it isn't a big problem and it is part of apartment living to accept faulty roofing and leakage. Please do not move in here!!!! If I was warned of this before I moved in here I would have never signed a lease. Also the complex has a problem with theft and vandalism. My roommate's car was almost broken into one night and the night before someone was robbed at gun point.
