DON'T MOVE HERE

The complex was fine when I move in back in 2003, but as staff changes and new companies take over, trying to get anything fixed in your apartment takes 6-8 months! We had termites in a wall, coming into the bedroom and it took them a month to come out and LOOK at it. Then they sprayed the holes in the wall and said they would be back in a week or 2 to fill the holes with plaster, and it NEVER happened, despite the many phone calls to the office. Consequently bugs and SPIDERS were able to come and go as they pleased. And they aren't JUST spiders, they are brown recluses. I was bitten the week we moved out. The outside of the apartments were kept up for the first year I was there, and then they began deteriorating- DON'T be fooled by the 'resort style living' promise they make, it's completely wrong! They gym has decent equipment if it was well maintained and if there was enough room in there to use it. But kids are allowed in there and the equipment suffers. The jacuzzi no longer exists (at least it didn't the whole time i was there), and the vandalism and Non-working cars taking up good parking places right in front of the building have gotten worse as the years went on. The dogs bark at all hours and the owners apparently required to pick up their dog poo, because it is all over the place. Please, don't waste your money...............
