I have lived here for almost a year and am planning on staying as long as I can. It's a little bit higher priced than a lot of places I looked, but sooo worth it! I have lived in some really bad places, but for a cheaper rate. Trust me, you get what you pay for! I use the work out center several times a week. Also I get freah coffee in the office during the day if I am off work. The staff is pretty nice. I have only had a few, small, maintnance issues and each time they have come within a day or two. I have a small dog and he loves living here as well because of the other friendly pets and people, not to mention the dog park!

This must be the apartment manager's response (who lives for free onsite). This place sucks!!! The rents are sky high and the "rehab" is not much different from the original. Can't wait until my lease is up. Roaches, termites, mediocre staff.

Damn what apartment are YOU in?! That is suprising to me. I had a problem with ants this summer but they sent someone over to treat for them and it took care of it. So, did you let them know that you have TERMITES?! I think they might want to know, I can't imagine they would not do anything if you had termites...but thats just me. Oh and no, I am not the manger.
