We have lived here for 5 months, and i love my apartment.. Except for the fact that the roof started leaking around the 2nd month of the lease, and the staff was unresponsive to our complaint, and it molded.. they finally took care of it.. or so they led us to believe.. they just painted over it.. and ITS BACK.. My spouse and I are very allergic to mold.. and I am very upset at the laziness of the staff.

Our vehicle has been broken into, and 5000.00 worth of items were stolen from the truck.

I would NOT advise renting here.. Our lease is up in Jan and we cant wait to get out.

First of all, who has $5,000.00 worth of stuff that could be stolen in their vehicle? Did they take your seats and everything? Second, why not just move to a different apt if you love it so much? Your whole story makes zero sense.

My spouse is a fore-men for a construction crew in Chattanooga, and he keeps the tools in a TOOLBOX in his truck. If you have ever been in a Home Depot ect, you know how expensive power tools are.. They used a crow bar to pry up the LOCKED toolbox and stole everything.. the next week radio and cash was stolen. I like the APARTMENT, a word which here means, THE ROOM IN WHICH I LIVE IN. The neighbors are nice, the location is in a bad place, and since I was not familiar with the area ( i am from out of state) I didnt know how many shootings and burgleries take place on Lee highway and Standifer Gap. The office staff is rude and when the roof leaking incident was reported, we were dismissed and we had to complain EVERY DAY until they finally "fixed it". The funny thing was that they told us that the complex had just got a new roof, only 1 year prior to our lease agreement.. yet, it leaks through the ceiling and the walls every time it rains..
