The staff is very unfriendly and when I moved out,
I see a lot of charges on my account(around 350$). I suggest people to be aware of this scandal. There is no way to argue and the response given by Lisa (Manager) was so rude. I hear a lot of noice from my above apartment during late nights and there was no help from the apartment staff.

I strongly do not recommend this apartment, though everything looks nice at first.

Sounds, to me like, you left a messy filthy mess behind, to me that would be the only reason your deposit, or charges, would be pending against you, I have lived here since they opened,LAST YEAR! and have had no problems. The only reason, I could think of, is a cleaning, or damage charge, so, either you were messy, or destructive, either case, they do not charge you fee's,unless you cause them. SO light some incense,and get the Comet, and go to work, you might see your reflection, from the shine, Leave your name next time, afraid to be identified,lol this is Ann Marie, and I have lived here since they opened,and love it here, get your self a mobile home, or go to the ghetto-hood, and see what you get there, your ignorant, and should be sued for using somebody else's name, and job information, I'm Ann Marie, and I LIVE HERE...What's your name??, Whinny weenie,Mary Poppins,,LOL....Amt

Happyhavenrenter sounds like she might be the rude manager everyone is talking about! The rudeness is definitely there! I've read these reviews, and your average tenant doesn't have this much passion over an apartment complex. You act as if there are absolutely NO problems, and because of this, everyone knows you're full of crap. There are always problems when renting. Also, I left a previous apartment in the same condition as they gave it to me, and they tried to charge me cleaning fees for stuff that was already there. I took them to court and won, and was awarded court costs from them! It's not always the tenant's fault, happyhavenrenter. Or should I say, Happy Haven MANAGER. Get a life.
