Nothing more than a step above the getto; the staff suck

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The staff in the office never seem to have time or concern about the tenents. They are crisas management and even at that they do a poor job. The mantianece men ---- engineer the repairs. It was 6 month of pure HELL. I would not recomend these apartments to my worst enemy.
