Well, I have lived here for only a couple months, and I have just recently put in a notice to break my lease. Those people are quite rude. There is one person in that office that hung up on me. I wanted to transfer into a new apartment, a one bedroom. I am a recent college graduate, at the time they only had a two bedroom. I was prepared to move on a date that they said was ok and then they took me off the list and had the heart to give me an attitude. If you are concerned about friendliness of the office staff, this is not the place for you. They aren't very nice.
