Good service, nice community, good location

The Villas is quite a nice place to live despite its expense. It's extremely well located as the main Chattanooga mall is minutes away (and within walking distance). The community itself is well-lit, parking is adaquete, and service and maintaince are accessible and always punctual.
Having traffic-heavy Lee Highway within 50 feet may bother some tenants since there is a constant sound of cars from the Highway as well as nearby I75, but I enjoyed the sound at night.
