Nice inside, repairs needed, unfriendly staff.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I've lived here since early 2001 and while it's nice inside it needs repairs. The repair staff spends one day a week on the current tennant's apartments while they spend the rest of the time on the apart. that are recently vacated. They spend more time asking people who use the pool if they live there and watering flowers, than actually fixing the place for residents.
