I have lived here with my HUSBAND for 2 plus years. The experience has been great. They deliver service beyond my expectations.Everything is always clean. The Management and staff present themselves in a professional manner at all times.In a nut shell it was a GREAT DAY WHEN I FOUND THE VILLAS MAKE IT A GREAT DAY FOR YOU.ITS A LOVE AFFAIR with no ending.

I have also lived here for 2 years and this will be my last lease with this place. Everything used to be so nice and pretty here but now its just as old and run down as some of the other places in Chattanooga just way more expensive. I have had some of the craziest people moving in around me lately. Maintenance is alright I guess.The ladies in the office are nice enough but come on, easy on the eyes? Maybe you should spend more time working on making the place look good instead of writing reviews on here to make your self feel good.
