This complex is TRULY HORRIBLE! The management is never in their office except maybe 1 hour a day. The accept packages & request that tennants pick them up in a timeley manner but are never in their offices at the times they claim to be open! We lived here 2 years, planned on moving & gave notice. The deal on the house fell through & we asked to renew our lease. They did but charged us like we had walked in off the street & not like 2 year residents. They do not care for the grounds except to pay men with loud leafblowers who use them from 8 to 10 AM on Saturday mornings. They made us pay for an outside company to repair a plumbing problem that we could have fixed ourselves & were willing to do but they refused us access to the pipes.
