The Courts at Waterford Is Probably Worse

Actually, it is a place I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Management cares more about the cleanliness of your front porch than they do about the quality of life of the tenant inside. I have had noise problems nearly non-stop since I moved in 10 months ago. I have even had courtesy officers dispatched no less than 7 times to investigate noise complaints for 4 different neighbors. My newest neighbors are the most inconsiderate slobs EVER!
If you have issues with noise, as well as issues with cockroaches and wasps (yes, I have had both) do NOT move here. In fact, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Avoid the entire complex of Waterford Place and the Courts and Waterford altogether!
Oh, and the rent is WAY too much for this dump.
