Waterford Place is a wonderful place to live. The landscaping is beautiful and very well-kept, there are always lots of empty parking spots, and the maintenance staff is FANTASTIC...and fast. I have never heard any noise from neighboring apartments, but sometimes there are loud cars in the parking lot. People at Waterford are friendly, be it tenants or staff, and everything you need is within the complex. The actual apartments are very nice and designed to be pleasing to the eye. We have a fireplace and a vaulted living room ceiling. Our deck is huge and the rail is solid to provide privacy but not to block out the view. I would recommend Waterford Place to anybody looking for a great place to call home.

Watch out for East Brainerd traffic though! Shallowford can be very slow at times.
