I have lived at Waterford Place for about 4 months now. I have had 1 plumbing issues and it was fixed by the main. crew with in 4 hours. I have aalso had a package delivered to the office and b/c of my work hours i am never home when the office is open so i called asked if my package could be put inside my apartment and it was there when i got off of work. I have not had any issues with the staff or grounds crew. Everyone seems to be very nice and my neighbors are nice as well. I live on the back side of the complex, near the shepherd Rd. entrance and and i have never had any problem with parking. There is always enough spaces for me and my guests.
