I have been here a long time now & love it! Some of the reviews on here seem to be for "The Courts at Waterford" which is right across the street from here, but is definately not the same place! There is no way those complaints are about Waterford Place. The apartments at Waterford Place are beautiful inside and they take really good care of the outside & the landscaping too. The pool & fitness center are always clean. The people in the office are friendly and professional, and take care of extra things for us all of the time...like checking our mail when we are gone, watering plants, anything we need. The maintenance guys are really nice, fix things right away, & even take care of other things they may find while they are in the apartment like changing our ac filter or fixing a drip in a faucet. We love it here and plan to stay many more years. Who needs a house when you can get service like this'!!!
