I've lived at Waterford Place Apartments in Chattanooga for eleven years. It is safe, beautifully maintained and professionally managed. Any need I've had, whether major or minor, has been addressed immediately. Moreover, the staff takes a personal concern for residents, making this truly feel like a home and not just an apartment complex. If you are a "good citizen", the kind of person you'd want as your own neighbor, you'll be happy here.

this is soooo obviously written by the staff... i can assure you this is NOT a safe place to live and the staff is all snobby -------s.

The Apartment Ratings' message system notified me that there was a response to my post, so I'll reply back. No, I'm not a staffer, and I really have lived here 11 years--and nobody on the staff even knows I posted my review. You don't say why you don't think it's safe here, so I can't respond to that (except to say that I feel safe, and always have). As for snobby, I have 11 years of experience to the contrary. Three weeks ago, I had a medical emergency and one of the women in the leasing office drove me to the emergency room and stayed with me for HOURS until my family could arrive to be with me. It's not part of her job description, for sure! The office staff called the hospital every day I was there to check on me, helped my family get there bearings while they were in town and have continued to watch out for my well-being. My mother thought that was such an unselfish thing to do that she suggested I do something "on the web thing" to praise that kind of beyond-the-call behavior. If you're really trying to review Waterford Place (and not the Courts), then you're entitled to back it up with your own details, but please don't malign me or what I've written.
