We moved in and pointed out numerous problems with the apartment which the management assured us would be promptly fixed. We have lived here for nearly 6 months and despite multiple promises by the management, numerous problems with our apartment still have not been fixed. Problems include: Wallpaper is missing on several walls, including the entire bathroom which has a tub so small that unless you are a midget, that you can forget about taking a bath; Numerous electrical problems and a stove that only works some of the time. Also, the exterior of the buildings is starting to rot and needs some serious attention. Need I say more'

Management also refuses to address problems caused by trashy tennants and suggested that we write a letter to some PO Box with a suggestion. What do they have a manager for''

People are very noisy/nosy here and let their dogs run around without a leash so that can try to attack you at will. It appears that they are willing to rent/lease to just about anyone. One look at the parking lot says a lot. The overall quality of life here in Chattanooga is HORRIBLE!!!

Stay away from apartments in Chattanooga. For that matter, I would have to reccommend that anyone considering a move here should seriously reconsider.'

DON'T BLINDLY BELIEVE THE HYPE AND FANCY PICTURES THEY FEED YOU IN THE APARTMENT GUIDES FOR THE AREA, WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT ALWAYS WHAT YOU GET!!!'

I think you're supposed to rate your apartment complex, not the entire city of Chattanooga.
