I lived there for a year. They are very old apartments, but they were doing lots of rennovating when I lived there to make it better. A complaint is the high electricity bills from the bad seals and things. Also, the laundry facility is not the most secure, just cause it has a lock and key doesn't mean you can leave your belongings to wash. Overall it is a nice place to live and you get a great amount of sq ft. for the price.
