Ok, this place is a dump! At first, you think, "This looks like a nice, cozy, safe place to live." WRONG! They showed me one apartment that was nice, updated, renovated and they said mine would be just like that. Ha! Our floors creaked when we walked and had bumps in it. The bathroom was disgusting, caulking and cheap fixer uppers all over the place. The wallpaper in the kitchen and bathroom came right out of the 70s. There were horrible, grease, poop, blood stains or something as equally disgusting all over the floors. We could hear our neighbors EVERYTHING! We had a family of rats or squirrels that lived in our ceiling and liked to raise hell every night around midnight, running up and down the ceiling. Maintence was pretty good, except for the fact that they would just appear at your door at 10:00 at night to fix something in your neighbors apartment. The air conditioning sucks! We died in the summer. They would never fix it. Also, the people in the office would hide packages or lose them when I had stuff mailed there and the yelled at me about it. The laundry room was dirty and dingy and the change machine never worked. Also, if you have wild neighbors, people who party too much or fight like cats and dogs, your life will be hell and this place is full of those types of people. ECHH! At first glance this place appears nice but look out, it's a hole.
