I lived there for 6 months. I hated everybit of it. The buildings are so nowhere near sound proof. I could stand in my kitchen and listen to the people downstairs conversation through the holes of the water heater in the closet. Imagine that!! Then to top that off. My neighbors had two dogs that they used the balcony for a yard. I told the landlords that the dogs used the restroom on it often and the people just left it there for days. They were on the second floor. Poor people under them. The landlord said all they could do was warn them. i turned them in 3 times even showing pictures. nothing was done. i was told i had to call the health dept. i moved out 6 months early. They hurrassed me forever to get money for moving out early. DONT DO IT. Looks good outside, but old old old inside!!!!!

Helpful as far as wanting to stay away from. Sounds bad. While looking for apartments, stay away from Peacher's Mill Pointe located off of Peacher's Mill Road. Too many ignorant neighbors that care nothing about what their precious teenagers are doing. Sex at the local parks reveal used condoms. Not something little one's need to see. Vandalism on property. Scratched vehicles, kids bouncing balls and slaming scateboards into them as they zip and zoom out of the breezeways. The sad thing is, the kids do not live here. They've been warned numerous times to stay off the property but they ignore the warnings. Clarksville Police Department is called and they do nothing as well. Looking for nice apartment to rent? Stay away from Peacher's Mill Pointe. You've been warned. |
