Like every one else is saying on here it is not sound proof, has rats, people on the balcony that have dogs letting them use the bath room up there which falls onto your head through the cracks if you go outside.

The staff and people at the office are rude. The UPS deliver your packages to the office and the lady or the maintenance men hide, open, steal,or never give you your mail and packages.

They are rude and if you inquier about anything they try to make your life here a hell hole. Sure it looks nice on the outside but once they get you to sign the lease they go off on you.



They have never remodeled and there are pipe leaks and pipes bursting everywhere. If your apt. flooded right before they move you in they wont tell you and patch it up wrong and quick so you wont know. I am allergic to mildew and it is full of it here.My clothes are ruined.

They are supposed to change out the carpet. They claim to come treat the carpets but you cant treat mildew it has been 5 times we reminded her and still no one comes. The last time she said she didnt do it b/c she didnt feel like it.

The walls are also painted with leaded paint be careful with your animals and childern that is also why your cell phones does not get service.

The carpet has never been changed and has blood, crap, gunk stains and they dont clean your apt before you get there. They also pocket money and charge every person that goes in there a diff price for the same apt. We asked a few friends and they paid 470 after we just moved in she charged us 490 and a "ap. fee" which they pocket and arnt supposed to here. Another person was 485, another was 495 and their ap. fee was 50$.

And your animal fee is $300 PER ANIMAL and you were supposed to get it back if your animal didnt mess anything up , then the next month they said you get 1/2 back then the next month you dont get any of it.

The list goes on...DONT MOVE HERE

This is a load of you know what! I lived in Ashford Place for a year in a 1 bedroom and also had friends that lived in a 3 bedroom in another building. I had no problems with my unit and neither did my friends. Someone is pissed and continuously bashing this place. I had a very positive experience here!
