Parking sucks. Office staff is pretty nice. Apartments are pretty old and the windows are not sealed well so your electric is going to be high. Budget at least $120 a month seriously. I'm talking keeping your apartment at 70 in the winter... still runs high. Electric wires run across the parking spots... guess what the means' Birds sit on those wires and ---- all over your car :( Water pressure is really bad even when washing your dishes. Noise- depends on who lives by you really. Just hope you get lucky and they are quiet. Office staff is usually pretty good about kicking out people who disturb the peace. They will evict you after 3 noise complaints I've seen it happen. Sadly rent is going up around here and I wouldn't live here for over 600 a month.
