The one bedroom appartments on the first story recently got flooded, the residents had to move out, and its been over a month and they still havent moved back in. So if ur thinking of renting the first story one bedrooms you might want to think twice. My car got vandilized badly...ROACHES! dont be supprised if u move in and find them, we did. Maintenace not that great, stuff gets fixed but messes up in a little less than a week. Oh yeah and if ur not home when u needs something fixed, they'll just let themselves in and fix it, i myself personally am not a big fan of that. But on the other hand i did lock myself out one day and the staff missed place the spare key to my appartment, so the maintenance guy actaully got a ladder and went through my window to open my door, i greatly apreciated that, staff very nice, very well keeped, never looks trashy outside, and i rearly ever hear my neighbors around and the stoy above me....
