I just recently moved to the area and found out about this place from the tourist center at exit 4. They are brand new and the apartments are so big!! I was so excited to find that they still have apartments overlooking the pool and the office staff was SOOOO nice when I came in. They went out of their way to make sure my move went smoothly and gave me all the information I needed to contact electric, water, and even local businesses of interest. They are teaming up with Clarksville Athletic Club, too, and even offer membership discounts! I've found at past apartments that, once you move in, the office staff tend to forget about you until it's rent time, but here at Autumn Winds, the staff call to see how you are doing, have special events for the residents once a week, and maintenance goes out of their way to make sure everything in your apartment is the way it should be. I couldn't be happier!!! They are really getting off to a good start here. Autumn Winds is truely the best place to go because things are in the beginning stages and the way they do things is right from the start. I wouldn't live anywhere else.

this was obviously posted by an employee. the community is not upscale like they claim. in a few years, it will look like government housing. the construction is horrible with fuse boxes located in odd places and poor floorplans. the only true statement is that they are a new community. i would NOT recommend them.
