these apartments are so poorly built, it's sad. upon the tour of the clubhouse, you can get an idea that the community was built on a budget. they charge upscale rent, but there's nothing upscale about the place. the apartments are small and people speed around with their stereos blasting all the time. i would live somewhere else, with more character.

I agree, however its not like there's anything much better in the Clarksville area (especially as near to main commercial drag, Wilma Rudolph Blvd that it, as this place).
