Very old apartments, squeaky floors. If you choose to move in make sure you get an upstairs apartment or you probably wont be getting much sleep. The pest control service sucks! Very rude and intrusive. Have had spider problems ever since I moved in and I am a very clean person. A pool was promised at the beginning of summer, well the pool is finally done and its almost Sept. The pool is also very small and crowded. Parking is okay,but had to park long distances at times. Apartments look very old, in need of outside renovations. The laundry room sucks, half the dryers don't work.

totally agree with the dryers they suck! and if they dont dry the laundry and you tell the ll you dont get it back! you have to pay 1.25 again

Our pest control comes the fourth Wednesday monthly and they are required to spray every apartment. If there is a spider problem it has not been reported to the office, which is required for us to notify the pest control person to do extra treating in your apartment. The pool was began in April or May and we were told it would be done in 6-8 weeks and it was not. They did not complete the pool until the end of August even though we were calling them constantly. We are sorry it took so long and we are as or more frustated that it was not completed timely. We wanted our residents to have the whole summer to enjoy the new pool. As far as the laundry, we are not aware of any dryers that do not work. Once again, if it is reported we get service out to take care of it. I have always given the money to people when they tell me it took their money or didn't dry the first time.

that is really not true. sometimes i don't answer the door for them, and they don't come in!
