(user photo) Hole in laundry room from upstairs shower leak, this larger hole was made so that the leak could be "looked at". Nothing has been done about it and it has been like this for a month.

The kitchen is smaller than the bathroom of the apartment I am living in now. There were bugs all over the floor. The building looks SO OLD both inside and outside.
