(user photo) Hole in laundry room from upstairs shower leak, this larger hole was made so that the leak could be "looked at". Nothing has been done about it and it has been like this for a month.

So many changes in management! Confusing! Grass is well kept, but shrubs need tending to. The pool is nice, not very crowded. Maintenance (under old management) tried to fix a serious major bath/tile problem, and a crack in tub, with black gooey stuff coming out was never addressed.None were ever fixed correctly. Might as well get a tub insert. Park needs work on it. Need the basket ball court back where the old one was- its just a "hop scotch" area that noone uses. Cars flying around road- and children can't really play due to this. Not safe. Need lights at entrance of Richview road! Hard to see turn in area!

This resident was partially correct. Too many changes in management to get things taken care of properly. But, since the new owners took over in May, things have been getting done. Her problems have been taken care of and we'll continue to see improvements throughout the property.
