(user photo) Hole in laundry room from upstairs shower leak, this larger hole was made so that the leak could be "looked at". Nothing has been done about it and it has been like this for a month.

This place is pitiful! Management staff is rude when you call to report a problem, and then the problem never gets resolved! You do not want to live here. I can't wait until my lease is up so i can get the hell out of here.
