Where to start' Well first I want to know where the money I give these people every month goes'! I bet these apartments haven't been upgraded since 1980. Talk about the paint job! It makes me laugh every time I look at it! One coat of white paint on everything. It seems like they have spray painted the door. Because the paint is on the carpet. The windows is horrible, my electric bill has been an arm and a leg because I am fighting to keep this place warm. The water heater and air filter! IS so loud! Thats because its really old. They could at least replace that it looks like a fire hazzard!
The bathrooms, what a joke. When I moved in I had to scrub both bath tubs for a couple of days so that I can feel a little better. I wouldn't recommend this place to a college student.(PEOPLE IF YOU WANT TO PAY $700.00 FOR AN APARTMENT GO TO BRISTOL PARK GOVENERS SQUARE OR VANTAGE POINT DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HELL HOLE I WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO SECTION 8 OR HUD) I live in a 2 bedroom apartment, the rent they told us was $699.00 OH but wait! THAT does not include trash and water...they add that on AFTER they have deposited your check. Then they tell you Oh you owe $30.00. Insane.
I don't like the place and I can't wait to move out. My husband and I was wondering what the cost would be to get up out of here early. I think you just lose your deposit. Well if that is the case! They can keep the damn money! They need it more that we do!
If you ever see pictures of Belle Forest, it looks ok, because the pictures are fairly old. You wanna know about Belle Forest' Talk to the people who live here. These people are not lying when they say this place is a complete DUMP!
Stay away from Belle Forest! PLEASE!
