(user photo) Hole in laundry room from upstairs shower leak, this larger hole was made so that the leak could be "looked at". Nothing has been done about it and it has been like this for a month.

THE MAINTENANCE HERE SUCK. I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT SEVERAL THINGS IN THIS APARTMENT FOR MONTHS AND STILL NOTHING HAS GOTTEN FIXED. FOR ALMOST $900.00 A MONTH, I THINK SERVICE WOULD BE BETTER. I'M TIRED OF HAVING TO GO BACK AND FOURTH TELLING THEM THE SAME THING. STAY AWAY!
