i have lived here for 7 months and it is horrible.. the mantince sucks... the office staff is rude they will tell you anything to get you out of there... i of a person apt getting broke in to which i dont like at all i have a family and now i worry.. the noise isnt bad the parking isnt bad.. the out side mantince could be kept up better... if you come and look at the apts there is blue tarps on all of the roofs cause they need repair and they wont repair them... ive seen the insides of some apts and they are horrible.. paint on the carpet...wallpaper taken off and painted over and it looks crappy... stains on the carpets including mine... very old applinces thay dont work i had to have a new dishwasher put in after them attempting to fix it like 12 time...i have holes in vinly floor in the kitchen.. i pay 729 and i dont know where they money goes cause these apts are crappy..
