This place is literally falling apart. These apartments used to be one of the best in the area and were fine when I first moved in , but the new management does not seem to care about anything. We are lucky to get the grass mowed once a month, even then they don't weed-eat. There is NO true maintenance personel around. The only small maintenace problems are fixed by the groundskeeper who is too busy because of the lack of true maintenance workers. He has to fix even electrical and plumbing without a license because there is noone else to do it. There are blue tarps on 99% of the roofs and have been there for MONTHS without repairs to the roofs. All kinds of leaks in the ceilings because of this (in most all of the apartments that I know about). We have been promised new roofs for MONTHS! Our air conditioning went out 2 times in less then a year and took a 1-2 weeks to get it fixed. My friends AC doesn't work right, it stays at 75-80 degrees even with the thermostat set at 65 degrees, this has been "looked at". His dishwasher leaks, even though it has been "looked at". My bathroom is falling apart, shower/tub is leaking to bottom floor on top of my dryer. There is now a large hole in the ceiling of the laundry room where the leak was "looked at". It now smells like mold/mildew because of this. This is the second time the tub/shower has done this. The tub has water under it so that it feels like you are surfing when showering. This was supposedly fixed last summer. Obviously not properly fixed. Had a 4ft x 1ft hole in wall for 2 months where a leak in the apt. below us was "fixed". Finally got the groundskeeper to somewhat repair it. All these maintenance requests have been turned into the office 2-3 times. The playground isn't very nice, missing the slide that used to be there. Some of the outside lights outside the complex are broken. The only good thing I can say is there is ample parking. Maybe because noone is renting here' DON'T MOVE HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
