We have lived at this complex for a year, shorly after moving in we had blue tarp on our roof which stayed for 6 month's while we had to put a bucket in our dining room to catch leaking water! every one has sewer bug's that I have spoken to and they refuse to do anything about them.they fly out of my bathroom wall around my faucet,which i duck taped to contain them. I recently reported a leak in a upstair's bedroom that was not addressed until a week later when the down stair's bedroom ceiling was about to fall in. we could not use 2of our 3 bedroom's for week's, and they never even cleaned the wet, musky brown stained carpet in either room. the so called new manager didn't bother to even assess the damage or the repair that took week's to begin! DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE!!! we are leaving as soon as possilble, this place is the worst in every way possible and they show no respect or concern for the tenant or tenant right's, it is just that bad.
